Our 24 Hour Shipping Guarantee (Same Day Shipping) & Free Shipping Policy means...
that the order(s) a customer place(s) will be SHIPPED within 24 hours of when the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. 24 Hour shipping does not mean that you will receive your order(s) in 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, and/or a Holiday will not be shipped until the next business day. Most of our customers receive their order(s) in approximately 3-7 business days. The “3-7 business days to receive your order” standard does not apply to orders that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any International orders. These orders may take much longer.
Free Shipping does NOT apply to International, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders.

Orders Shipped Internationally
When we ship an order outside of the U.S.A., it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all brokerage fees, taxes, duty, and courier fees. If a product(s) is detained by Customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with Customs to retrieve the product(s). We ask that you please do the research pertaining to that destination country prior to placing your order. CalComp Nutrition will not refund International orders once they leave our facility for any of the above reasons.
