Our 24 Hour Shipping Guarantee (Same Day Shipping) & Free Shipping Policy means...
that the order(s) a customer place(s) will be SHIPPED within 24 hours of when the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. 24 Hour shipping does not mean that you will receive your order(s) in 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, and/or a Holiday will not be shipped until the next business day. Most of our customers receive their order(s) in approximately 3-7 business days. The “3-7 business days to receive your order” standard does not apply to orders that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any International orders. These orders may take much longer.
Free Shipping does NOT apply to International, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders.

Orders Shipped Internationally
When we ship an order outside of the U.S.A., it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all brokerage fees, taxes, duty, and courier fees. If a product(s) is detained by Customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with Customs to retrieve the product(s). We ask that you please do the research pertaining to that destination country prior to placing your order. CalComp Nutrition will not refund International orders once they leave our facility for any of the above reasons.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and CalComp Nutrition reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CalComp Nutrition will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with CalComp Nutrition’s Return Policy.
