4. ELEOTINPOUCHES - Each 8 grams pouch can make either two medium-strong drinks or four weaker drinks. It is recommended that you start slowly and work your way up to the medium-strong drinks. If any discomfort is detected, please reduce the drink strength for a while. If discomfort persists for an extended period, discontinue use.

5. PREPARATION OPTIONS:

i) The most effective preparation is to brew ELEOTIN like other oriental herbs. This involves slowly brewing the powder over low heat to allow for the active ingredients to seep out into the water. The amount of water depends on your preference. The water is to be reduced to a volume of 180ml after brewing. You may either use less water to enjoy a strong taste, or use more water to have several weak drinks throughout the day.
