To apply for a CalComp Nutrition (CCN)/Ambush Sports Retail Account, please download the Retail Application Packet (attached below) and follow the instructions.

Upon return of a COMPLETE Application, the Application will be placed in review and you will be notified once a decision has been made.

CCN makes all decisions about distribution of its products strictly from CCN's own, independent point of view.

Please note that as a general policy, CCN does not accept ideas submitted by persons outside the company, unless we have secured in advance the right to use such materials. For this reason, if you choose to attach any business plans or other materials to your application, you agree that CCN is not subject to any restrictions in using such materials, and you grant to CCN a non-exclusive license to use them without compensation to you.
