Yes. Bowtrol is a safe all natural herbal supplement.

Q: What should I expect from the Bowtrol Cleanse?
The key objective of an internal cleanse is to support your body's natural ability to have 2-3 bowel movements a day, and to release accumulated toxins in the colon while assisting with overall vital organ health. You can expect less bloat, less water retention, improved energy and vitality. You should not have watery stools, severe cramping or weakness of any kind.

Q: I'm taking the recommended dosage of Bowtrol Cleanse and I'm still not achieving 2-3 bowel movements per day. What should I do?
Everyone is different and will experience different results. If you don't see any results within 15 days of using Bowtrol Cleanse, please consult your health-care professional.

These products were designed for adults. Bowtrol Cleanse is not recommended for children under the age of 18. It is important to consult your health care provider before administering any supplements to children under the age of 18.

Results will vary with each individual. Please keep in mind that Bowtrol Cleanse is a cleansing product, not a weight-loss product. Cleansing can help improve the assimilation of essential nutrients through a well-balanced healthy eating plan. Exercise should be a part of your daily routine along with Bowtrol Cleanse.

Q: Do I have to change my diet?

Q: What is Sensitive Digestion?
Sensitive Digestion is part of a family of Gastrointestinal Problems. These problems all have chronic or recurring gastrointestinal symptoms that have no structural or biochemical cause. Sensitive Digestion is a functional problem of the digestive system that includes excessive diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, and painful cramping.

Q: What are the symptoms of Sensitive Digestion?
The most common symptoms that Sensitive Digestion patients experience are frequent diarrhea, abdominal pain, gas, bloating, diarrhea and or constipation, mucus in the stool, bowel urgency or incontinence, and a feeling of incomplete evacuation after a bowel movement. Sensitive Digestion is considered to be a disorder that is mainly experienced in the lower gastrointestinal tract, so the symptoms tend to remain located below the navel. In some cases symptoms in the upper gastrointestinal tract have also been linked to Sensitive Digestion, these include: difficultly swallowing, a sensation of a lump in the throat or a closing of the throat, heartburn or acid indigestion, nausea, and even chest pain.

Q: Does everyone get the same symptoms when suffering from Sensitive Digestion?
Although most symptoms related to the lower gastrointestinal system are experienced by all Sensitive Digestion patients, some experience predominantly excessive diarrhea, or excessive constipation. The symptoms related to the upper gastrointestinal tract are not experienced by all patients; however they are prevalent in a considerable number of cases.

Q: How do I know for sure I have Sensitive Digestion?
If you have been experiencing the majority of the above symptoms for an extended period of time, then you should seek medical attention and have your doctor diagnose you. There are certain symptoms by which you can determine yourself if you have Sensitive Digestion:

Abdominal pain or cramps which are:
1. Relieved after a bowel movement and/or
2. Associated with a change in frequency of bowel movements, and/or
3. Associated with a difference in bowel consistency.

As well as at least two of the following symptoms:
1. Different frequency in bowel movements
2. Different form of bowels (e.g. watery/loose stools or hard stools)
3. Different sensation during bowel movement such as a feeling of not being done/”empty” after bowel movements, straining, or severe urgency)
4. Elimination of mucus in the stool and/or
5. Bloating.

Q: Is it safe to take Bowtrol while I am pregnant or nursing?
As with any other herbal or natural supplement it is advised that you contact your doctor before using the product.

Q: Is Sensitive Digestion life-threatening?
No. However, Sensitive Digestion is a serious condition. Patients suffering from Sensitive Digestion have a far higher rate of lost working days, depression, and abdominal surgeries than healthy individuals and patients with other gastrointestinal illnesses. In general people with Sensitive Digestion used three times as many sick days as people without these bowel symptoms.
