In order to get rid of the fungus, you will want to take some nutrients with anti-fungal properties. Undecylenic Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Neem, Caprylic Acid, Olive Leaf Extract and Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic appear to be the most effective. All are safe to take with other nutrients and have no known contra-indications with any medications.
Because your body will be at war, it is very important to get the extra antioxidants to keep your immune system strong. This is why we recommend that everyone take a multivitamin/multimineral every day. Ours is called BioPLUS.
Psyllium can help your body eliminate toxins and often make the "die-off" symptoms less severe. It seems to be most effective taken at night.
The following routine has been tried by many of our customers with very positive results. We sincerely hope it works for you. Please keep in mind that everybody is different and there are many types of fungi - so you may want to "fine-tune" this for your needs.
Anti-fungal Kit usage
BioPlus Multivitamin/Multimineral - 180 capsules: *Take one (1) capsule three times a day with each meal.
Probiotic Blend with FOS - 90 capsules: *Take one (1) capsule on an empty stomach two times a day for the first month, and one (1) capsule daily thereafter.
Green Sweep - 720gm (1.6 lb.) Take one tablespoon (6 grams) once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, mix with water or juice and take on an empty stomach.
Alternate the following Anti-fungals
- UGN
- Caprylic Acid
- Olive Leaf Extract
- Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic
*For two weeks take one (1) UGN and one (1) Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic capsule together three times a day with meals. The next two weeks take one (1) Caprylic Acid and one (1) Olive Leaf Extract together three times a day with meals. Continue alternating every two weeks.
*When first starting, it is best to start slow. Take one (1) UGN and (1) Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic capsule the first day and then one (1) UGN and (1) Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic capsule two times a day for the next two to three days. Continue then with the three times a day dosage.
Results
You should start to notice a change within the first week. Everybody is different - so there is no set time as to how long it will take to completely get the fungus out of your system. Most people feel that 4 - 6 months is sufficient to get their body back in control. A lot depends upon how well you do following the diet and supplement routine. You know your body better than anyone - so you should decide for yourself whether or not to keep taking the anti-fungal products.
Because it is nearly impossible to keep fungus out of your system, many customers ask about a "maintenance dosage." What seems to be best is to take a full dose of anti-fungal (one with each meal) for a few weeks - every few months. Taking the same anti-fungal for a long period of time makes them less effective because the fungus gets smart and learns to "hide." That is why we suggest alternating between Caprylic Acid, Olive Leaf and UGN and Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic, and why we suggest you discontinue each of them from time to time. Probiotics should also be taken occasionally.
