DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgel capsules with an 8 oz. glass of water before going to bed. Do not exceed 2 softgel capsules in a 24-hour period. Combine Accelis with a calorie-controlled diet and a regular exercise program. For best results, do not snack after dinner. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water per day.
